We’re seeking a React Developer.  This position will primary be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.     Responsibilities

    • Resolve complex enterprise system hardware and software problems; collaborate with peer teams and vendors to coordinate solutions

    Qualifications

    • Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans.
    • Demonstrated understanding of foundational infrastructure supporting OS platforms including Windows server OS versions 2003, 2008, 2012R2, 2016 and 2019 as well as clustering concepts and HA.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication is required.  It will be very hard to succeed in this position without this skillset.
    • Passionate and energetic about technology solutions and customer service. 
    • Required Expertise in relevant technologies such as:  Windows Server, MS Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Services, SCCM, VMWare, Datacenter Hardware implementations including servers and storage, Hyperconverged systems.
    • In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and implementations required.  Specifically, experience with AWS and Azure infrastructure solutions and Microsoft Office 365 implementations (Office products, email, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online)
    • Knowledge and background with Cisco networking and telephony products a big plus.  We utilize Cisco collaboration tools and are driving adoption of this toolset across the company.
    • Knowledge in server patching methodologies and automation. 
    • Ability to analyze data to produce and present executive level reporting for weekly and monthly operations meetings and monthly business reviews. 
    • Exceptional manager of people, process and technology.

              Compensation Director

              The Compensation Director will serve as a primary point of contact for the HR organization on elements of Compensation strategy and hands-on implementation of compensation-related initiatives. The Compensation Director will design, support and implement compensation programs aligned with the client company’s performance culture and ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.  The person in this role will be called upon to support a segment of our business as well as provide support for project related activities such as merit, annual bonus, salary surveys and more. 

               Key responsibilities:

              • Partner with business owners and finance to create on a variety of compensation projects and initiatives.
              • Co-lead on execution of compensation programs such as annual salary review/merit process, variable compensation/commission plans, equity and other compensation programs.
              • Manage and oversee large scale initiatives involving cross-functional teams
              • Will oversee certain systems including Compensation Management.
              • Help maintain a compensation structure/philosophy and classifications system, define job levels and families, compile market data and establish pay parameters.

              Qualifications 

              • 10+ years of experience in compensation,
              • Prior compensation experience at a mid-size to large technology corpoaration (over 500 associates).
              • Experience leading compensation projects such as merit reviews, commission plans, equity and/or executive plans.
              • Management experience is a plus.
              • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
              • Advanced knowledge of Excel required: able to use complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and graphs and charts.
              • Knowledge and experience with state and federal labor laws and regulations as it relates to compensation.
              • Must be accurate and have intense attention to detail and quality.

                RESPONSIBILITIES

                • Leverage your experience in Machine Learning to help set the strategic direction for designing automated ML capabilities in the cloud
                • Design, implement, and validate productized analytic pipelines at scale using a variety of tools (AWS Sagemaker, Databricks, EMR, Spark, Python, Mllib, Git, etc.)
                • Liaison with other internal groups with The client to facilitate the development and adoption of our ML solutions

                QUALIFICATIONS

                • Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, or other quantitative discipline

                • A minimum of 5 years proven managerial or supervisory experience
