  • Required Experience

      Compensation Director

      The Compensation Director will serve as a primary point of contact for the HR organization on elements of Compensation strategy and hands-on implementation of compensation-related initiatives. The Compensation Director will design, support and implement compensation programs aligned with the client company’s performance culture and ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.  The person in this role will be called upon to support a segment of our business as well as provide support for project related activities such as merit, annual bonus, salary surveys and more. 

       Key responsibilities:

      • Partner with business owners and finance to create on a variety of compensation projects and initiatives.
      • Co-lead on execution of compensation programs such as annual salary review/merit process, variable compensation/commission plans, equity and other compensation programs.
      • Manage and oversee large scale initiatives involving cross-functional teams

      Qualifications 

      • 10+ years of experience in compensation,
      • Prior compensation experience at a mid-size to large technology corpoaration (over 500 associates).
      • Experience leading compensation projects such as merit reviews, commission plans, equity and/or executive plans.
      • Management experience is a plus.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
      • Advanced knowledge of Excel required: able to use complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and graphs and charts.
      • Knowledge and experience with state and federal labor laws and regulations as it relates to compensation.
      • Must be accurate and have intense attention to detail and quality.

              Requires solid experience developing full-stack web-based and mobile solutions using the following tools:

              • Required Experience
                • 10 years of experience covering the entire software systems lifecycle (systems requirements definition through design validation) in a team environment including providing technical leadership.
                • Software architecture and design skills for real-time, web- and mobile-based applications
                • A proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications
                • 10+ years of experience in programming web- and mobile-based application using C# and JavaScript (jQuery, React, etc.)

                  Direct-hire Remote Senior Software Developer Opportunity With Growing Company in Dallas, TX

                  This role will be responsible to design, implement & maintain the next generation of integration system(s) required for client company. You will be a senior member of an agile software development program helping to shape our integration environment by collaborating with key IT and business stakeholders. You will need to have expertise to implement & maintain a scalable modern integration system, connecting multiple internal and external systems on a cloud platform such as Microsoft Azure.

                  Responsibilities

                  • Lead and mentor groups of developers and provide technical guidance.
                  • Evaluate new technologies to impact line of business applications, performing test build outs to support any validations needed
                  • Analyze data quality issue and setup processes to improve underlying data
                  • Design integration solutions including specifications, audit controls, exception and error-handling, security, retention, and recovery logic.
                  • Develop solutions that adhere to industry best practices in areas such as design, performance, user experience, and scalability while also ensuring the code-base is simple and well-documented.
                  • Prepare project schedules for the application development, enhancement, and maintenance efforts. Work with other development and testing teams to coordinate activities.
                  • Leads the scrum process and participates in all key ceremonies

                  Qualifications

                  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related field with
