C# Developer

The Principal C#/.NET Developer will serve on one of our agile development teams.  Under the Agile development methodology, this developer will work cross-functionally with other groups both inside and outside the department including Product Management and Documentations as well as create and test code in our dynamic team setting.  This role will involve training and serving as a mentor for entry-level developers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Investigate software problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions

Perform and/or oversee software upgrades and implementations

Serve as technical specialist to in-house support group

Work as a team member with other technical staff and vendors to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems

Implementation of development best practices, performance tuning, etc.

identifies business requirements that affect the platform architecture and provides solutions that integrate into the overall architectural vision and strategy

Proactively Investigate, analyses and fixes reported defects

Strive to improve process and standards to meet changing demands

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS or related field

5+ years .NET/C# Development in an Object Oriented environment

Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML are also required – AJAX or HTML 5 is a plus

Knowledge of user interface design and human factors desirable.

* Create innovative procedures to boost engagement among new hires

Requirements:
* Outstanding communication and organizational skills
* Exceptional attention to detail, especially under time constraints
* Ability to prioritize competing priorities effortlessly
* Utmost sensitivity with confidential data and information
* Experience in Six Sigma methodology and Human Resources or handling of employee data strongly preferred
* Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google software
* 3+ years of experience in Six Sigma field. Focus on Human Resources a plus

Enterprise Account Executive

The Enterprise Account Executive’s role is to identify and close new infrastructure as a service business, forecast opportunity performance and manage sales pipeline. The Enterprise Account Executive will call on small to medium sized companies across the US and work with the appropriate decision makers (usually a director, VP or even C-Level) to uncover their business needs and initiatives then identify and recommend the most appropriate CLIENT solution. Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, identifying and closing sales of CLIENT’s products and services.
  • Develop relationships in a consultative sales process by uncovering and understanding client requirements, then match those needs with the appropriate solution to sell new business.
  • Create new customers from inbound sales leads (telephone, chat, and email)
  • Create new customers from current customer referrals

Required Skills

  • 4 year college degree preferred
  • Should have 3+ years proven sales experience in managed services or a related field, such as data networking products or Internet services.
  • Ability to generate and close complex sales opportunities.
  • Must be able to generate your own leads through cold calling, email campaigns and networking.
  • Experience in selling complex services to businesses required.
  • Successful track record in meeting sales quota objectives required.
  • Must have a basic understanding of and experience in strategic selling.
  • Must be a HUNTER and not afraid of the phone.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment required.
  • Must have the ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
  • Must have strong verbal and written skills.
  • Must be willing to learn and adapt as necessary to accommodate changes in industry and company directions.
  • Must be able to demonstrate presentation skills and be comfortable presenting to both small and large audiences
  • Familiar with local marketplace, companies and the community within the assigned region
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Webex type products required.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The VMware Engineer will monitor performance, capacity, and bandwidth utilization of operations, and recommend future architecture strategies; provide oversight of configuration management, administration, maintenance, monitoring, modification and documentation of Systems operations and systems maintenance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Interface with Vendors, maintain support agreement processes.

·         Research and recommend improvements to the vCloud infrastructure.

·         Insure all change activities follow established policies and procedures

·         Interface with Sales and Marketing to establish feature / function / benefit of the virtual cloud environments

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

·         At least 10 years of hands-on experience working in an Enterprise environment as well as IT infrastructure experience

·         VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) and experience with vSphere products 5.0

·         Experience in High Availability Environments.

·         Experience with HP Blade technology

·         Basic knowledge of servers and server OS with the ability to support other tech support operations

·         Ability to manage tasks without direct supervision

·         Ability to follow established processes and provide feedback on productivity / activities
