Job Description

For this position we are seeking a Senior Software Developer who has versatile development skills across the Java / J2EE suite. This will be a Sr. Developer role where you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best technology, and brightest individuals, in the industry today. In this role you will have the opportunity to design and develop on a large scale project.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following:

– Hands on experience developing enterprise web applications in Java

– Experience mentoring and leading more junior developers

– 5+ years experience in object oriented software development

– Full understanding of the entire software development life cycle

– Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

– Heavy experience working with various API’s

– Experience working with databases (bonus if MySQL)

– Experience with distributed data systems

– Previous QA experience

– Bonus if you have experience developing in other languages such as Python.
