The Product Owner is responsible for creating the vision, road map, and feature prioritization for a wide range of software products that increase productivity and enhance the lives of nearly 7,000 employees.  This role will primarily be responsible for working with key stakeholders and business leaders to drive innovation of key IT assets that promote continuous innovation and lead to competitive advantage.  Working as a key contributor to a small product development team, this role requires someone who is able to transform a vaguely-defined idea into clearly defined themes, epics, and stories that can be built and released on time and on budget.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain product vision and road map for the client’s scheduling, workflow, and mobile assets
  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with members of all functional departments
  • Lead in planning and implementation of software development projects and maintenance releases
  • Engage business leaders and stakeholders to determine direction and prioritization of features for assigned products
  • Prepare analysis documentation including business requirements, functional requirements, impact analysis, and key decisions
  • Transform requirements into themes, epics, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria
  • Identify opportunities for improvements that can be accomplished through existing and/or new technologies
  • Produce and maintain project artifacts

 

Skills/Experience Requirements:

  • Combined 5+ years of related software development experience as a Business Analyst, Developer, or Product Owner
  • Extensive experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies
  • Curiosity, ability to learn, and willingness to adapt
  • Interviewing and listening skills
  • Analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into software requirements

The Manager, Contact Center Quality & Customer Experience [QCX] is primarily responsible for designing, building and managing the quality assurance and customer experience function to measure, evaluate and improve customer interactions and customer care center operational performance, and to capture and analyze business intelligence across business functions, sites and customer/carrier channels.

Required minimum qualifications:

  • Certified Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process improvement/measurement methodology.
  • Experience using a querying language (e.g., SQL).

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum seven (7) + years of experience in the related field in a large corporation or consulting environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum seven (7) + years SAP working knowledge, production support, and configuration experience with SAP P2P modules including Materials Management, Purchase Reqs and Purchase Orders, Vendor & Plant maintenance, and Accounts Payable required.  SAP workflow and ABAP training, experience, or certification desired.  Experience in advanced SAP technologies like Fiori, Personas, HANA and Ariba a plus.
  • Experience using Catalog Management, E-Procurement Suites, Cloud Computing and is familiar with other P2P Tools.
  • Provides leadership and mentoring to team members
  • Experienced participating on cross-functional, major project initiatives and has good integration experience on other modules within SAP.
  • Experience with supporting different types of implementations including:  enhancement/support projects, new development projects and third party package software
  • Must have strong PC skills and working knowledge with Microsoft Office products, SharePoint and tracking software.
  • Must have strong communication skills, facilitates meetings and work with external consulting companies.
  • Must be experienced in Best Business Practices.
  • Liaison with Business Partners.
