RESPONSIBILTIES: As a key member of the Desktop Services Team; the Desktop Technician provides hardware troubleshooting, repair, and imaging of all things hardware related including desktop, laptop, kiosk and time clocks. Summary
The Senior Report Developer requires at least 3+ years of experience in report development, data analysis and is proficient in SQL query writing, SSIS, and SSRS. They have infrastructure projects that are around compliance such as PCI. Must have some experience in this. Most of the project will be app dev but they do have some in this area.

Field Technicians must be able to engage with all levels of technical understanding and deal with various stressful situations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Our Field Technicians work on everything from simple tasks to complex projects requiring high-level thinking and solutions. In addition to providing regional support, our Field Technicians also work on project teams that may take them to other regions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years in a Technical support role with a strong understanding of networks, servers and desktops in an enterprise environment required

High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree and/or Technical certifications a plus

Network or System Administration experience a plus

Previous experience designing and implementing small to medium IT projects strongly desired

Must have strong written, including typing and verbal communication skills

Must have excellent organizational and time management skills

Demonstrated attention to detailed, accurate documentation

Must be self-motivated and able to work in both team and solo environments for long periods of time

Must have reliable transportation in order to travel to remote locations

Must have valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Travel to company facilities to provide outstanding service by configuring, troubleshooting, installing and repairing all desktop, server, phones and network related issues

Diagnose system hardware, software and operator issues

Recommend and/or perform remedial actions to provide resolution

Provide remote support as needed

Log all end user interaction in help desk ticketing system ensuring accurate and adequate annotation

Respond professionally to requests for support in person and via telephone

Coordinate action plans and collaborate with corporate office IT staff and facility personnel

Provide updates, status and completion information to appropriate staff

Assist other regions and technicians as needed which may include travel to other metro areas

Act as a technical resource for escalated issues as needed

Create and maintain client application and network documentation

Project implementation — Ability to serve as technical lead resource for various projects

Assist in project design and scope of work creation for project quotes

Monitors IT practices adherence at client’s sites and reports potential issues and/or opportunities to appropriate personnel

Participate in the on-call rotation responsibilities

75% travel including overnight travel required

Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO/SEM for privately owned company in East Texas

Overview

Qualified individual that can define and implement online marketing strategies to increase the qualified digital traffic to our ecommerce websites, grow our customer base and retain existing customers to grow sales and revenue. Plan and use SEO and SEM in coordination with our email, social media campaigns and websites. Assist in website design for our e-Commerce platforms.
