Contract SQL Server DBA Opportunity in Dallas, TX

Contract Period: 1 – 2 Months

Our client has a need for a SQL Server consultant for a 1-2 month project to assist with rehosting a few SQL Server instances between domains. This would include: databases, maintenance plans, jobs, logins, DTS packages. The client would need this person to be able to work alone with little interaction, but with ownership and leadership skills. The client prefers that this person feel comfortable enough to contact the application owners to schedule the outages for each database move and troubleshoot any issues that may come up from the moves.
