The Role:
Part of our team, you will help to design, execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and application. This includes configuring, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle and assist the Team Lead/Manager
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with analysts and designers in the development and initiation of new software programs and applications.
Translate business requirements into an effective technical design in according with the company architecture and platform.
Assists Team Leads to maintain communication between software development team and other departments.
Evaluate new technologies to impact line of business applications.
Research document, implement program requirements and specifications.
Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications.

The Role:
Part of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to design, implement & maintain the next generation of integration system(s) required for client company. The individual will be a senior member of an agile software development program helping to shape our integration environment by collaborating with key IT and business stakeholders. The individual will need to have expertise to implement & maintain a scalable modern integration system, connecting multiple internal and external systems on a cloud platform such as Microsoft Azure. This role will also take on the responsibility of providing technical direction, coaching and mentorship of the team members.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor groups of developers and provide technical guidance.
Evaluate new technologies to impact line of business applications, performing test build outs to support any validations needed
Analyze data quality issue and setup processes to improve underlying data
Design integration solutions including specifications, audit controls, exception and error-handling, security, retention, and recovery logic.
Develop solutions that adhere to industry best practices in areas such as design, performance, user experience, and scalability while also ensuring the code-base is simple and well-documented.
