Salary: 105

Sr. Developer

Salary: 115-120K

The Role:

Part of our team, you will help to design, execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and application. This includes configuring, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle and assist the Team Lead/Manager

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with analysts and designers in the development and initiation of new software programs and applications.

Translate business requirements into an effective technical design in according with the company architecture and platform.

Assists Team Leads to maintain communication between software development team and other departments.

Evaluate new technologies to impact line of business applications.

Research document, implement program requirements and specifications.

Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications.

Responsible for the quality assurance of program logic processing and error resolution.

Run and monitor performance tests on new and existing software for the purposes of correcting mistakes, isolating areas for improvement and general debugging.

Develop an awareness of programming and design alternatives.

Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of application development best practices.

Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, programmers, and other software engineers to resolve any defects in products or Company systems.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a combination of equivalent degree and/or experience:

7+ years of professional software development experience

3+ years if working web application development experience

3+ years of working MS technologies experience

2+ years of working MS .Net C#

3+ years of working ASP.net 2.0/3.5/4.0 experience

3+ years working XML technologies experience

3+ years SQL Server 2008/16 working experience

Experience working with WCF, AJAX, Telerik controls, jQuery

Experience working with TFS, VSTS, GIT Source control and Octopus deploy

Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Knockout and AngularJS

Experience with Web API and SOAP services.

Knowledge in CMS Systems such as DotNetNuke (DNN) and SiteCore.

Knowledge of latest Microsoft technologies

Knowledge of design patterns, unit testing, and refactoring

Knowledge of Agile, Test Drive Development and Continuous Integration principles

Knowledge of MS application blocks, ORM and Application Frameworks, SOA standards, Workflow Frameworks, and W3C protocols, etc.

Knowledge of web service technologies

Sr Dev

Salary: 115-120K

The Role:

Part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the selection, development, deployment and support of new and existing applications to meet the current and future needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

Software development skills will be applied to design, execute, assess, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs throughout the project life cycle.

Collaborate with analysts and designers in the development and initiation of new software programs and applications.

Individual will consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications per specifications while ensuring the quality of their work.

Assist development manager in any regular communication with internal customers, as appropriate, to ensure the delivery of high quality systems.

Stay up to date on competing and complementary technologies

Develop and maintain good working relationships.

Determine when issues need to be escalated to a higher level.

Work independently and promote cooperation in a team environment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training, and a minimum five (5) years of related work experience.

Proven experience developing high performing and scalable applications

Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical and business problems.

Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and the ability to have agility to manage / change priorities.

Experience developing with latest Microsoft technologies, design patterns, unit testing, refactoring.

A full stack developer in the .NET platform with proven experience on building enterprise web applications

Lead Developer

Salary: 140K

The Role:

Part of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to design, implement & maintain the next generation of integration system(s) required for client company. The individual will be a senior member of an agile software development program helping to shape our integration environment by collaborating with key IT and business stakeholders. The individual will need to have expertise to implement & maintain a scalable modern integration system, connecting multiple internal and external systems on a cloud platform such as Microsoft Azure. This role will also take on the responsibility of providing technical direction, coaching and mentorship of the team members.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor groups of developers and provide technical guidance.

Evaluate new technologies to impact line of business applications, performing test build outs to support any validations needed

Analyze data quality issue and setup processes to improve underlying data

Design integration solutions including specifications, audit controls, exception and error-handling, security, retention, and recovery logic.

Develop solutions that adhere to industry best practices in areas such as design, performance, user experience, and scalability while also ensuring the code-base is simple and well-documented.

Contribute to architectural design, automated testing, continuous integration and build management.

Establish timelines and prioritization of work within the software development team.

Prepare project schedules for the application development, enhancement, and maintenance efforts. Work with other development and testing teams to coordinate activities.

Leads the scrum process and participates in all key ceremonies

Prepares and delivers presentations on design & development

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related field with

2+ years experience in leading technical teams, people leadership, or coaching

7+ years experience in information technology with at least 3 years experience specifically in integration technologies using enterprise scale APIs

Experience with SQL, Azure Service Bus

Experience with Azure Integration Services/Logic Apps

Experience with Azure Cloud IAAS or PAAS

Experience with latest Microsoft technologies, design patterns, unit testing, refactoring, Agile, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration principles

Leverage MS tooling, such as VSTS to run efficient agile teams

Knowledge or Experience with Integration platforms such as BizTalk, MuleSoft, Boomi is a plus

Experience with needs analysis, software evaluation and selection, customization, and implementation.

About the Opportunity

Our Controller will provide day to day leadership to the accounting team, oversee the tax, treasury and risk management functions within the organization and lead the integration of acquired entities into the client’s company platform (including accounting, treasury, tax and reporting processes). Additionally, this role will have high visibility across the organization as you will partner with the CFO providing an accurate analysis of operating and financial performance across business units and departments. The Controller will be responsible for completing the annual audit process and other regulatory requirements including tax filings, etc. We seek a Controller that enjoys an entrepreneurial environment within the healthcare retail market with direct experience managing accounting functions across retail operations, manufacturing, healthcare billing processes and department cost management and controls.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Complete the monthly financial close process including the reports to be provided to internal and external constituents.
Responsible for the completion of the annual 3^rd party Audit and Tax filings
Provide MDA and Variance Analysis reports across the organization comparing performance to Budget and prior period performance including tracking performance against established budgets or goals on financial and non-financial metrics
Review and assist in the management of cost controls across departments and other key non-payroll cost categories in manufacturing and store functions
Lead the integration of acquired business(es) into the client’s operating systems including accounting, treasury, tax, revenue cycle, AP systems, etc.
Assist in the development of the annual Budget and supporting Forecasts over the course of a year including integrating the Budget into the accounting system for better control and reporting to ensure communication regarding business plans and budgets across all functions and corporate groups for full transparency
Maintain Chart of Accounts and general ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll and Fixed Asset registers
Ensure consistent application of GAAP and compliance with all applicable laws
Direct and coordinate debt financing and debt service payments
Responsible for the structure, process and controls in place for client’s treasury to ensure compliance and security.
Assist in capex returns analysis and contractual arrangements as to be provided for approval
Ensure compliance with state and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
Represent the company externally, government agencies, external companies, and the general public.
Assist in implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure all financial transactions are executed according to GAAP principles
Assess and optimize the accounting department structure and streamline processes to increase efficiency while establishing/maintaining an effective internal control structure

Qualifications:

7+ years of Accounting experience in healthcare, retail and/or platform build businesses
Big Four / National Accounting firm experience preferred
Previous experience work with a private equity firm is beneficial
Bachelors or MBA with a concentration in Accounting
High level of detail and analytical skills to identify opportunities and variances
Track-record of developing accurate budgets, forecasts and managing month end close
Strong leadership experience and a process improvement mindset
Extremely strong GAAP and financial reporting technical skills
