Responsibilities:

  • Provide an outstanding experience to every candidate, every time
  • Coordinate travel, interview schedules and candidate experience for roles based in our HQ
  • Be the primary contact for our toll-free candidate hotline, routing qualified candidates to the appropriate field recruiter
  • Post and manage requisitions using internal and external employment sites
  • Maintain, track and provide reporting on applicant tracking system data/candidate flow
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in our ATS and other systems
  • Provide additional recruiting and administrative support, as needed
  • Requirements**:
  • Recruiting: 1 year
  • Strong executive/professional presence
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships across many levels

    Must be capable of solving software-related problems.  This position with work with a team on the modernization of the company’s internal management system working towards a service-oriented architecture.

      Essential Duties, Responsibilities AND REQUIREMENTS:

      • Identify and document issues and assist in issue resolution.
      • Conducts and attends meetings as IT liaison with regards to systems/procedures.

       

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of seven (5) years job-related experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems.
      • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
      • Industry background in health insurance, employee benefits solutions, & HRIS platforms.
      • Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
      • Understands project management concepts
      • Experience working in agile environments using appropriate tools such as VSTS, & Teams
      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio.
      • Read, comprehend, interpret, and analyze moderately complex job-related documents and financial records.
      • Develop and maintain good working relationships.
