REQUIREMENTS

 

Minimum 3 + years related experience.

Minimum 1 + years of experience with the following:

MS Windows Administration  / Active Directory and related server roles.

Windows 2008/2012 server environment, experience with Group Policies: Software, Security, Login and logout functions, support of remote users via VPN technologies

Exchange Server 2010/ Office 365

Hyper-V (preferred) / VMWare

SCOM, SCCM, WSUS, Opnet

Backup job monitoring with Commvault / Code 42 or similar.

Scripting ability via Powershell.

Experience with DFS Management and configuration

Experience with MDT a plus

Citrix farm management / XenApp

 

 

Associates Operations Engineer to be responsible for the planning and engineering of client’s system infrastructure.  Includes the implementation and design of system hardware and software.  Monitors the performance of systems.  Perform troubleshooting, maintenance and system admin functions for infrastructure applications, services, network based storage environments, systems and technologies.  Additional duties include:

 

Provide support to one or more projects simultaneously

Deliver projects on schedule

Work with internal customer on complex needs, and may consult with external customers

Work closely with project managers and for all projects involving enterprise data

Specialization may encompass one or more business application areas, and knowledge will include basic understanding of business and technical interfaces

Research, recommend, and implement streamlined automation processes

Administration and support for enterprise infrastructure environment

Achieve external certifications, memberships, and/or awards/recognition in area of specialization

Document the data architecture and environment in order to maintain a current and accurate view of the larger data picture

Demonstrate knowledge of multiple technology environments, and toolsets, and the associated infrastructure/operations

Ensure that data architectures are in regulatory and legal compliance

Plan and coordinate own work to meet commitments and quality expectations

Identification and resolution of project issues

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within particular field.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Works under general supervision.  A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary: 

The HRIS associate analyst is a mid-level position within the HRIS structure. The primary focus of this position is the support the maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS). This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • System maintenance: Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HRMS system tables. Document process and results.
  • Production support: Provide support for HRMS, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g., payroll).
  • Projects/process improvement: Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Use some project management skills in managing projects.
